For anyone who keeps up with the latest internet sensations may recall Tricia Walsh-Smith. She was the woman going through a divorce that attracted nearly three-million hits to her YouTube videos where she would trash talk her wealthy husband, Philip Smith. Mr. Smith is the president of The Shubert Organization, which is the largest theater owner on Broadway.

A Manhattan judge has officially found that the prenuptial agreement that was signed between Trisha Walsh-Smith and Philip Smith three weeks prior to their 1999 wedding to be legit; and granted Philip Smith a divorce from Tricia Walsh-Smith on grounds of inhuman and cruel treatment. This official prenup agreement ordered Walsh-Smith to move from their Park Avenue apartment within 30 days and receive $750,000 from Mr. Smith.
